Yes. We support projects from proof-of-concept and functional prototypes through engineering validation, pilot production, low-volume manufacturing, and full-scale mass production.
Our engineers help optimize the design and process as the project moves from prototype to stable production.
We manufacture parts from a wide selection of metals, plastics, electronic materials, and composites.
- Aluminum, stainless steel and carbon steel
- Brass, copper, titanium and tool steels
- ABS, POM, Nylon, PEEK, PTFE and acrylic
- FR4, PCB laminates and carbon-fiber materials
Contact us if your specified material is not listed.
Our standard CNC machining tolerance is generally around ±0.01 mm, depending on material, geometry, part size, and feature accessibility.
Critical dimensions can reach tolerances as tight as ±0.005 mm after engineering review. Please clearly identify critical dimensions on your drawings.
For the fastest and most accurate quotation, send:
- STEP, STP, IGES, X_T or other 3D CAD files
- PDF or DWG drawings with tolerances
- Material and surface-finish requirements
- Required quantities and annual volume
- Inspection and certification requirements
Most standard project quotations are provided within 4–24 hours after we receive complete drawings and requirements.
Complex assemblies, special materials, tooling, or high-volume projects may require additional engineering and supplier review.
Quality control is integrated throughout the production process rather than performed only at final inspection.
- Incoming material verification
- In-process dimensional inspection
- CMM, caliper, micrometer and height-gauge checks
- AOI and X-Ray inspection for PCBA
- Functional and final assembly testing
- Final inspection before shipment
Available finishing processes depend on the base material and application. Common options include:
- Anodizing and hard anodizing
- Bead blasting and polishing
- Powder coating and painting
- Zinc, nickel and chrome plating
- Passivation and electropolishing
- Black oxide, heat treatment and laser marking
